Adventure land - More then just a comedy.

It was between Adventure land, and Fast and Furious (I need to see it, it's part of my genetic makeup). Because it was opening night for F&F, we opted for Adventure land. I didn't know a whole lot going into it other then what the trailers showed, but I did know it was scoring really well on the review circuits. Man I was not disappointed. It's definitely a comedy based movie, with some immature scenes, but damn, there is a serious, legitimate dramatic love story in there too. Really nice to see a movie cover 2 different areas and blend them so well. The trailer shows nothing about the dramatic side, which is kind of nice (doesn't spoil).

Highly recommended, probably a good date movie for a younger couple (thinking 20s).

Brian, I will surely go see this one. I noticed that it has the same kid in it that played in the movie Curse. Really thought he did a good job in that one. In fact, might see it next Sunday. Thanks for the recommendation.
