Adding Meitner Monoblock AMPs to Denon x4500H with 5.1.4 speakers configuration

Yay! I currently have AVR Denon x4500H and Axiom 5.1.4 speakers setup. My friend just gave me two Meitner monoblock amp. I intend to add these two amp for front speakers. However I don't see the option to set front speakers to preout in Denon setting - in the amp assigned screen. Should I just connect the preout to amps to speakers?

Just connect them, the pre-outs are live. You'll need to re-calibrate/run Audyssey after....
