Acurus A-100x3 how to connect?

Hi,
ive bought an Acurus 100x3 amp and want to connect it with german fuse ratings (220V 50Hz). Ive seen an info on the backside of the amp:

fuse ratings:
120V AC 60Hz
8A S.B.
230V AC 50Hz
T 4A/250V
1200 Watts Max.

How can i change to 230V AC 50Hz?? there isnt any switch!?

Another problem: ive pulled out this:

it was on the backside beside the fuse. there are four chances to put it in. but whats the right choice?
