I tried finding reviews on AE's Aego T 5.1 on here, but I did not find much. Does anyone know what these sound like?

Thanks

I saw the website, but I would rather have a unbiased review. I know that maybe hard to get because everyone hears things differently, but I figured I would like to know if any audiophiles have heard anything about them.

Thanks

I have the AEGO-M. Based on my experience with this system, I would heartily recommend the AEGO line for a small, inobtrusive system. The AEGO-M will fill a large room and sound good in the process. My impression of them is that it's a very high quality product and worth the money. I've had them a couple years now for my computer monitors with no regrets whatsoever.

Thanks Dave!!

I was looking at the Aego T 5.1 system because of their small footprint. I like the alloy cabinet (not plastic) and the look of the speakers. They should also pass the WAF test :)

Aego-T Subwoofer

gato, I just cross referenced this with your other post. There are for your 22' x 15' room. I guess. I did have to use the M in my 11' x 14' living room in place of my main system when my Integra was gone for a few months for warranty replacement. I found it to be a satisfactory experience but I can't say for sure how they T will handle your much larger room.

The satellites are very small but they are also quite solid and unexpectedly heavy for their size, at least on the M (not sure about the T). My gut tells me that it's going to be alright but I do suggest that you try to keep the option open of returning them if they aren't quite up to the task, just to be on the safe side. My experience suggests that they will do fine but I can't predict what your ears will tell you or how they will interact with a room that size.

Thanks Dave. Are yours 5.1 or a 2 system set up with the M series?

The M is a 2.1 system. Actually, it's a 3.1 with L/C/R analog in/outputs
