Im thinking of buying speakers from them this weekend.Ive only heard of them through this site. They have some bad reviews, and good ones.I read there a reseller. There listing there Focal speakers as NEW.If there a reseller how can they list them as new.Im wondering how that works. If I buy Focal speakers and they come dead or defective can I bring them to my local Focal authorized dealer or do the need to be shipped back.Apparently I need to pay shipping both ways even if it arrives dead.At least that what I read on the reviews.

The speakers are brand new - I do not believe that AC4L, will take
the risk of being sued for false advertising. They do sale new items
from time to time on buy-outs.

This is from a thread at Home Theater Shack >
"In addition, the deal on the Focal Chorus combo for $1000 is a silly good deal. These are A-Stock Speakers that were originally destined to be sold at Sound Advice. When Tweeter/HiFi Buys/Sound Advice went under, these Speakers were in flux until Mark swooped in and grabbed them."

AC4L, also states a 5 yr warranty - you should be able to use a Focal authorized repair dealer.
Item condition: NEW
Warranty: 5 Year

All in all, AC4L is a good company with good customer service. They have
been in business a long time.

I will link their return policy, if the link works.
Edit: the link times out.:)

This is some info >

They are terrible andShady specially if things goes wrong. I'll avoid them at all cost.

I got an Onkyo receiver from them and was dead on Arrival. Then the nightmare starts. First the return/replace policy is horrible. You need to take care of shipping, they will take their time, and at their will they will decide if they refund or not. The customer support for returns is always busy so I ended up calling sales. The guy was not apologetic at all about sending a defective product and basically told me that I don't want a replacement then is my problem. His statements are also unnaturally obtuse: "When you buy online you roll chance and you need to deal with it..."... What? Its my fault to got a lucky broken product?

Where its my fault to buy from them and not from Google or Amazon. There one reason only why amazon is dominating and this guys are dying. Amazon has the consumer always first.

Stay away from this guys...
