I've always enjoyed their music it's really sad to have this happen to such a great guitarist. I've confirmed through other channels it was a stroke.

Critics hated them, but seriously they made some fun songs you could rock out too.

Hopefully it wasn't too serious and he is able to return. They said he was to "take a break" but the article also says that it is pretty serious.
