AC and DC current

Do AC and DC cables crossing paths with audio wires both have the same affect? I definitely know its not kosher to run audio wires along or accross electrical power (AC) wires, but what about DC?

What are you running that's DC?

Nothing, I'm just curious. And also, audio and network wires are bound to come accross a DC wire behind a desk or something so I wanna know if this has any negative effects, no matter how minor.
