Frys.com has polk speakers on sale from time to time, but you may also want to look at the used market. Keep an eye on ebay and craigslist... a par if R15s might be just what you are looking for.

You can mount pretty much any bookshelf speaker on the wall... the R15's have keyhole slots in the back of them, as do most bookshelfs.
