I've listened to the Beetle's "double red" album on vinyl on my system that I currently own now and I've come to have a new appreciation for their music.
This is the 1st time I've played this album since I bought the system I currently have. Played it some on my old Radio Shack system and never cared for their music. But now, its like listening to it for the 1st time. How many of you have rediscovered an album or artist after upgrading your system since that album's last play? (Wonders if that question is clear  )

There is a wonderful song by a trip hop band called Portishead, song title It Could Be Sweet............I always liked the song on my Mordaunt Short speakers......so when I hooked up my Canton Karat fronts for the first time and played It Could Be Sweet......imagine my surprise when the bass line in that song made the windows rattle! I mean, it was night and day! I spent a week rediscovering all my music as the Canton's were in a whole new league on all fronts.......they still amaze me on a daily basis.........

When I got my all-Cambridge Audio system, one of the first (of many) things that blew me away was how rich, detailed, and lifelike orchestral passages sounded. Based on this, I tried getting into classical, but so far I can't do it. Everything I have with acoustic instruments on it sounds jaw-droppingly awesome, though.

I'm still working on the classical stuff myself. In fact, I just got the mail and received a dvdaudio of Beethoven by the London S.O.......
Like you, acoustic stuff sounds amazing. Kt Tunstall is great. So is Dallas Green's City and Colour.

Another good saxophone artist -- Kenny G.
