you gotta see this site, the entire product list from this company"machine dynamica" seem's to be all snake oil type product's with wild claim's of better everything! yes everything.

their latest invention is called the "clever little clock",the clock is in fact a timex battery powered clock that you can get at wallmart for $9.99 but after all the extensive mod's that they claim has been done to the clock's now they are worth $199.99.

they also sell little jar's of rock's that they call "brilliant pebble's" & the same wild claim's of increased everything with the super clock thingy are applied to the jar's of rock's,they even sell a SUPER SIZE version of the brilliant pebble's to increase everything just that much more, the little jar's of rock's are $100,i didnt bother too look at price's for the jumbo size but i'd be willing to bet it's up there.

what really get's my goat is that out of all the voodo they sell not one single thing plug's into a wall outlet or even hook's up to your gear,it's all just crap that your supposed to have laying around your room to increase everything.

companie's like that show how foolish people can be & how greedy & underhanded salesmen/company's can & will take advantage of people who just like to believe in thing's.

No no no, this was a joke website/company.

Although, I bet some people bought it.

The one I don't see on there anymore is the area for the "inteligent chip" postage stamp thingy (it is still listed in their price list) That one was funny.

There's a hypothesis that the company was started specifically as a joke but that anybody foolish enough to pay for the stuff deserved to be parted from their money.

Many of the golden ears swore by those chips and the pebbles, but the clocks seem to be too far out even for them.

i wish it were a joke but it's not, machina dynamica has a ton of crap for sale all over the net, they also attend ces yearly with their isolation device's,you'd be suprised at just how much of this garbage they sell.

there are many personal system's on display at another web site that has machina dynamica crap listed as part of their system.

believe me machina dynamica is not just a joke they rake in some seriou's dough from this garbage.

$100 for pebbles? If you are dumb enough not to be able to look at those on their website and go buy the same crap at a craft store for ~$15, well....(only to find out that they don't do anything).

The postage stamp was even better - just placing it over the CD player while a given CD was playing would somehow magically make that CD sound better in all CD players, yet there was no reason given as to WHY or HOW it did this.

geoff kait

ive corrasponded with the owner/inventer of machina dynamica several time's,each time with question's regarding some type of promised wizardry from his clever litle clock or intelligent chip & each time his response was for me to go to his web site for answer's to any question's,this joker actually told me that these thing's are explained on his web site, the only thing i found on the site was forked tounge mumbo jumbo feedback from happy customer's but still no explaination of anything.

anybody here old enough to remember the pet rock craze in the 70's?

that's exactly what this ronco type crap remind's me of is the pet rock that million's of people paid good money for.

You should have seen the threads at AA on that and the people supporting it. Unbelievable.

I've heard of loonier "inventions" on headfi.

1) One guy was peddlig a machine that cuts CD surfaces at an angle. That supposedly "improves" the sound of your CDs. The machine itself is just shy of a thousand bucks. And if you cannot afford his machine, he can cut your CDs for you for $25 per CD, postage not included.

2) There are rainbow stickers you can stick on your CD that supposedly make your old CDs sparkle with life.

3) There is apparently some kind of coating spray you can spray onto your CDs, so your CD player is better able to read those zeros and ones.

And anyone who doesn't believe in the above "mods" are either too close minded or too stupid to be an "audiophile." Personally, my wallet is not thick enough for me to dabble in all this voodoo.

I especially love his claim to have designed the FAA's satellite communications system :) Wonder which satellite communications he thinks they use? Most of their communications are radio based :) IBM and AT&T did the rest!

Rainbow stickers on the CD and a bottle of Brilliant Pebbles on top of the player has got to result in the ultimate hi-fi sound available. ;)

I think he may have delivered coffee and donuts to the real design facility. So in his mind, he was giving the design team moral and nutritional support. So in a twisted way, he could argue that without him, everything would have fallen apart.:D

Oh, that Peter Belt stuff. I think his son was at AR for a brief time. Just hot air, but they sure collect the $$$ from the gullible ones. I guess otherwise the family may be on welfare?

Correcting the typo: it should be shakti stones

That is good for a laugh but as usual with this kind of stuff, there are plenty of people that swear they work wonders.
