Can I run a Polk Audio RM6700 bookshelf speaker as a center speaker on a RCA RTDVD1? Will there be any problems? Is it recommendable?, etc.

Amp specs:

each 32W at 6 ohm. 010% THD @1 kHz
Subwoofer channel: 40w at 6ohm
Muting Attenuation: 65dB
Frequency Response: 40Hz to 20kHz +/-3dB
Signal to Noise Ratio: 65dB (Bypass Mode)

Speaker specs:

Response Bandwidth: 28 - 24000 Hz
Recommended Amplifier Power: 20 - 125 Watt
Sensitivity: 90 dB
-3dB Frequency Response: 38 - 20000 Hz

The only time to be overly concerned is when running much lower impedance speakers on an amp that says not to, say 4 ohms on am amp that specifiedc 8 ohms. This will make the amp work harder and perhaps heat up, shut down or siply case forever more if played at too high a level.

Higher impedance speakers are fine. They put less strain on the amp.

They list the 6 Ohm rating for that amp to make the numbers look higher for the wattage, because the wattage will be lower for 8 Ohms. The little satellites won't draw much power so it shouldn't be a problem. In general, a 6 Ohm amp will not have a problem with a 8 Ohm speaker.

Thanks guys. Now I may be a noob here, but I know Bose is crap, but I got these three old Bose model V100 (I'm talking like when Star Wars caome out on Vhs before the Spec. Ed.), they are rectangular in shape but the woofer is circular and on the left, the rest is wasted space, and they're not even shielded.

Are those speakers better than than the sats that HtiB brings or should I just keep using the RCA ones that the system brought?
