I'm looking for some circumaural (over the ear) headphones and I really have no idea what to buy, I've been thrown back and forth by friends with reccomendations for different brands, I'd like to hear what you guys think.

I have 75.00$ credit to Newegg.com, tell me what you think I should buy, and why.

Yes, I realize this is more of a home-theater forum, but I figure you guys would know a lot about sound systems and the like.

Had a pair of Sennheiser HD-280 PRO headphones that sounded great for the money (can be found somewhere between $80-$100), but were a bit too tight for my pumpkin-sized head.

Just replaced them with a pair of Shure SRH440 for just under $80 and they sound very similar and are much more comfortable... -TD
