'He's always been a good cat, but you know, people do things,' Fender said.
He told the station he'd ask him: 'What was you thinking? Why was you collecting that many firearms? What was you planning on doing with them? I mean was you planning on starting a riot?'
'I don't understand why he done the things he done, but I'm glad it's off the streets.'

This is a good example of how to help prevent gun violence... aggressive prosecution and sentencing of people who violate the existing gun laws. This guy should never see the light of day again. Same for anybody who commits a violent crime with a gun.

You cannot prevent crime by targeting law abiding citizens. You must target the criminals.
