What do you hear exactly for surround back speakers? I just bought the Sony STR-DN840 which has the option for not only 7.1 but the placement of the addition of the newly added speakers. Since I don't have the space for surround back I can use what Sony has implemented Front high speakers. So I now have 2 front towers, 1 center, 2 surround and the newly added 2 front high. These "act" similar to surround back im guessing with just playing the effects of surround sounds. but now im hearing EVERYTHNG from all speakers.
My question is does anyone have any issues? surround back and the front high plug into the same jacks so that's correct. Thanks in advance.
