I am interested in one with mount, speakers and hdmi. I live in California! How easy to install those items?

I can consider 42 or 50 inch?

Usually the commercial models (TH-50PH9UK or TH-42PH9UK ) don't come with a stand or mount or speakers. It is just a monitor. I have this one because I didn't want speakers and the consumer model was more money for stuff I didn't need. Also, the commercial models look better (imho) because they don't have the silver trim and speaker grill.
Static (non-articulating) mount is about $100. The older models did not have hdmi built in but I'm not sure about the current 9 series. The good thing about the commercial models is that you can add new inputs. If needed an hdmi input is about $120 and it pops in really easily.

Consumer models (TH-42PX60U or TH-50PX60U) come with a stand and no mount. The consumer models have a tuner and 2 hdmi inputs. The do not allow new inputs to be added though.

It sounds to me like the TH-42PX60U or TH-50PX60U is what you want. The 42" version is a steal right now at $1200-1300 at a lot of stores.
