Not a bad deal. I picked this tv up for our bedroom and it's not bad at all. Doesn't hold a candle to the 65st60 in the living room, but it shouldn't for the money. Works great for a bedroom tv! I got mine for $470 AFTER tax AND with the 5-yr warranty. This deal is a little better, but honestly it's not by much
