Hi fellas,

I have been researching and will be buying a 5.1 surround speaker system for my basement A/V room in Feb. 06'...

My basement A/V room is 12' x13' (pre-wired with monster cable) with berber carpet, 8' ceilings, painted walls, and an open hallway extending from the room dimensions. I will also have a 42" HD panasonic plasma, yamaha RXV2500 receiver, and an xbox 360 at that time.

I am highly considering purchasing the following 5.1 setup from Aperion:

(2) 532-LR bookshelves (fronts) = $360
(1) 532 - C (center - below plasma) = $180
(2) 632 - IW (rears - angled toward the listener)= $300
(1) Intimus S-8 (sub - placed in corner) = $280

I dig the aesthetics of the wood, need in-walls for rears (space), and have heard great things of the sound quality of aperion. However, given the size, dimensions, and equipment setup of the A/V room, does this sound like an excellent package for my audio (music, movie, tv, gaming) needs?

-Tiffany

PS Any further input?

I would spend a good bit more on speakers if the funds are available.

If you want to stick with most speakers, i would just get the 10 inch sub instead of the 8.
