I have a simple question for all you experts out there. Why is it I can only get a 48k to come up on any of my formats vs 96 or 192? I currently have a Rotel 1069 and it's fully capable. Some please explain how this works!!

Which formats and what are you using to play them?

There are settings on Universal/DVD players to downsample 96 kHz and 192 kHz to 48 Khz and that could be one issue if you are playing DVD-A with a sample rate greater than 48 kHz. Also, many receivers will accept a 192 kHz signal but automatically downsample to a lower sample rate.

It all depends on what you are playing and settings on players and the receiver.
