I'm trying to find 45 ohm 4 inch speakers or a speaker I can use in my intercom system most of the speakers must have shorted out during one of our hurricanes. Can I use any other speaker with this system its a MS intercom system with stereo radio.

45 ohms is unusual. Are you sure that is the rating? How do you know the speakers are the problem?
Have you tried to google that maker and contact them?
If you measure the resistance of the speaker, you have to disconnect the wires to it.

45 ohm speakers

I checked ,the speakers are shot I called the mfg. they discontinued these speakers they were made in China, I'm wondering if I can use an 8 ohm speaker in its place I attached 2, 8 ohm speakers and they are working I just don't want to burn out my system

In that case, if they are 45 ohms, I would use an in line resistor, around 37 ohms, in series to try and see. Not sure how you would do two 8 ohs in one enclosure and event hat would not be enough.
