42" Plasma with sub output

Looking for a 42" Plasma to replace Sony LCD with sub out. Not looking for Runco or Pioneer Elite, something in the lower price range.

In my living room I have a dedicated sub for my Pioneer 1140 which I click on when not using surround system, I would like to use the same setup in my bedroom. TV and Sub that it.

Could I go audio out L+R via RCA to line input without getting a full range signal out of the sub.

dont see why it wouldnt, just go line in as opposed to lfe in.
