30" LG widescreen CRT

i received my lg for christmas 2 years ago, it has been a great set aside from the edges being out of focus... but i have come to live with that...


but now its doing something i havent noticed before... i recently got a Wii and for those that dont have a Wii the menus are all white... and i have noticed that on the top left of the screen when the whole screen is displaying whites the white stuff on the top left about the size of a softball is a different shade of white...

anyone have any ideas... i think i might take it back to best buy, i do have the extended warranty...

just hooked it up to the lcd in the bedroom and noticed the greens are fine on the lg i think what i was noticing on the lg is the white lines of the tennis court getting discolored..

Yea I forget what that's called, but it's happened to me. However, not until the set was six years old. If you have the warranty, definitely take it back.

yeah i just hooked it up to the 26 lcd in the bedroom and all the whites where white... its almost as if on the lg some whites are white and some are like off white just a touch...just enough to notice... like a dirty sock color haha
