You know, I have to give credit where it's due. I wasn't ecstatic when Norv became the head coach of the Bolts, but I've got to hand it to the man, he's coached his *** off this year. Philip Rivers has become one of the best QB's in the league and he's taken a team that was decimated by injuries at the beginning of the season and found ways to win.

As you know I am not a Norv guy
but I will give him some credit for where the team is right now. Norv obviously has his strengths as an offensive mind and Rivers is indeed playing the best football of his career and that defense has not had an utter collapse yet. I did like what I seen from Norv last week. Norv looked like Bill Cowher out there coaching against Wade Phillips . Motivating players and showing emotion on the sideline. He definitely out coached Wade last week.

He's a good head coach and this was his first real chance. I definitely think his playoff record is impressive.
Imagine if the boys got Norv instead of Phillips. Romo would be putting up 50 points with TO and Roy Williams. Norv gets the best out of every receiver and QB.

I did enjoy seeing Norv fired up last week. On that play at the end where Cason let Austin make a catch and go out of bounds to stop the clock, I was shocked to see Norv yell at Cason and call him a "dumb motherF'er".As you know I am not a Norv guy

Before AI, Simon was a record executive. His entire career had been in the music business, evaluating and discovering talent. He's not a musician, but he is a professional at evaluating it.about as much business as Simon has on the show. I've not heard his record before.
Sting was probably the best guest judge they had. He was funny and had a clue. I still remember the psychic woman predicting she'd make it. And when she stunk Sting said I guess you failed at both careers.
AI is fun sometimes, but not my thing. Glee is my new guilty pleasure.
I think it's easy to be critical of announcers, but I care far more about the Cowboys than Collinsworth. I can tell you my favorite announcers are the ones that announce games we win.

I've actually watch Brees destroy teams before live. He crushed my high school one year. The guy is a monster.

The only thing going for Dallas this week is that they are playing in a dome. I sure as hell wouldn't want my season resting on this game. We will see if Wade, Romo and the boys step it up this week

You should be really happy lsiberian. Dallas really dominated up to the 4th quarter. The game really shouldn't have been so dramatic in the end if it wasn't for the idiot kicker. Does Dallas find a new kicker going into the postseason? I was suprised at how much room the cornerbacks were giving your receivers all day, playing 5-7 yards off. With a small receiver like austin I would think you would want to be physical/press and have a saftey playing zone. Not sure what there philosphy on defense was today but it couldn't stop Dallas's run game either. The draw worked spectacular.

I don't care how many kicks he misses if we win the game. How bout dem Cowboys! That win is huge and give us momentum going into the Washington.

I was thinking the same thing. The team can't have any confidence in him and the postseason is right around the corner. What kickers are available, that is the question? It would be slim pickings at this point in the year.
