Hi, sorry for the inexperience. I have connected two powered monitors (quality speakers) to my PC and now I have the problem to manage the volume.
The monitors have controls: volume, treble, bass on the side of the speaker. They are knobs.
I can't manage their audio by Windows 10 and I'd like to manage the volume by
wired remote control.
Thanks for your availability.

I would ask why can't the volume be managed by the PC?
Set the level on the monitors and the PC can control the playback volume. You can use a dongle like the FLIRC if the PC does not already have compatible IR port.

Cheaper alternatives are available. This is one I use to control Kodi and wake up my PC. The setup allows you to config any of the standard windows Media keys, Mac OS or Linux and supports Kodi control directly. You can then just use any existing MCE remote or Logitech. Additionally it can be used on other devices like the Xbox or Playstation. It pretty much works out of the box, but there is control software that can be downloaded to configure the various keys on the remote. It does not come with its own remote.

Silly me. I saw the title I2 Monitors connected to my PC) and couldn't think of why having two displays would cause volume issues. I have multiple displays on my new gaming rig and the volume works great. Silly me.

I would agree that the PC should be able to manage the volume. It may take getting out in to the weeds of your config to figure out why it isn't at the moment.

This is what you want:

I have it's bigger brother (404 and only I reason I have gotten that is since I wanted a confirmed balanced speaker connection. I also was able to win it on eBay for less than this Amazon link)
