2-channel equalizers?

I'm running a NAD c370 integrated amp, and will soon be upgrading my loudspeakers. I will be adding a powered subwoofer into the mix, and was wondering, which EQ would be best for adjusting both the subwoofer and the 2 mains, and it has to be added in-line, because the c370 doesn't have a "sub out" connection.

Budget: under $500

Can't help too much with the EQs, however, I also use the NAD c370. I run my sub through the Pre-out 2 jacks and it works just fine. May want to give that a try.

Both will not add noise or distortions(when configured properly!) no matter the application(hi-fi stereo, headphones, etc.). Both are very precise instruments. The DCX is suggested over the DEQ, as the DCX has further functionality over just equalization if you want to explore other things in the future. The DCX also has a computer user GUI(if you want to connect to a computer) if you are so inclined.
