Well. Tore the whole sum***** apart yesterday. Last night got it all put back together and purdy. Was waiting at the door for the FedEx man with amp number two......Hooked it up. Sat in the sweet spot chair. Prepared for a glorious sound experience.....................Nothing. Zilch. Zip. Not a peep. Not a crackle. Not a pop. Have started trying the obivious stuff. If someone asks if it is plugged in I'll scream! Smiles. I have tried just using one A250 for the fronts. Same deal. I am going to go back to the original setup with the five channel audio refinement and see if I get any sound from that set up. It might be in my prepro, but I'm not sure of that yet, and I dont really have anything to put in its place........I do have a Denon AVR1801 laying around...........I will keep you posted as events happen......Of course now that I own an SPL meter, I have no sound!

What you should do is get a friend to come over and teach them how to bi amp your system. Then have them randomly choose to set it up with 1 amp or 2. Try to guess if 1 amp is powering the speakers or 2. do this at least 10 times.

If you can hear a difference than you should keep the amp. Make sure the tests are done at the same volume (spl meter). Otherwise spend the cash on something that will really make a difference in sound.
