Greetings!
This past weekend marks the release of the reissue of my original
1990 recording, Ancestral Voices.

This music has been out of circulation for twenty years. Recorded before
the home studios, 'DAWs' (Pro Tools) changed landscape of the recording
industry. Ancestral Voices features a mixture of world music traditions
mixed my 'organic' use of electronics with world folk instruments --
from Africa to India -- while other tracks feature my exceptional
performance on the West African harp-lute, kora.
I am calling the music on Ancestral Voices, 'World Electronica.'
This music has been out of circulation for twenty years. Give a listen to
samples online, I think you will agree that Ancestral Voices still sounds
fresh and timeless as did back when it appeared.
Later this summer 'Distant Strings & Jato', double CD (all kora!) will be available.
Please feel free to let your colleagues and friends know about these
exciting 'World Electronica' release.
