16:10 Da-lite vs 16:9 Draper

I am getting following two deals on local craigslist. Please suggest which one is better.

1) 16:9 - $300 (This is used one)

119" diagonal Draper M1300 Onyx

2) 16:10 - $400 (This is brand new in box)

113" diagonal Da-Lite #34516 Advantage Electrol Matte White.
This is electric screen.

Please suggest asap as I need to select one of these today. Thanks.

Da-Lite makes a good cheap screen, but both I have bought start to wrinkle in and curve slightly after a few months.

Based on my room size, I decided to go with 16:9 draper screen.
