15" speakers randomly stop working?

hey guys I'm pretty new to audio, anyway I have a pair of accusound dual 15" speakers hooked up to a behringer epx28000 amp. Sometimes the 15" woofers on one of the cabs randomly completely stop working and will start working again whenever they choose. The tweeter never stops working and always works perfectly fine. All of the cables inside seem to be connected fine and it's not a problem with the amp or exterior cables. Any idea what this could be? All of the wires on the crossover seem fine as well. Any help would be appreciated. Reece

Are the speakers wired in series or parallel? If series then one of the spade connectors on a driver is likely corroded and needs a clean up.

If they are parallel then there is either a bad connection to the crossover or a dry solder joint in the crossover. This latter is common as the inductors have an enamel insulation, which is often not removed properly during assembly and results in a dry joint. All these latter faults could also occur with series woofer connection.
