What about MB Quart. I've heard and read good things about them.
I've been considering replacing my blown sub driver, or buying a SVS. I've ruled out all other brands except the Dayton and these 2.

I want <20hz for as cheap as possible, while still sounding good, and being able to fill the room.
My theater room will be 25ft x 15/20ft x 10ft = 3750-5000 cubic feet.

I understand exactly what you are going through. I used to own an 8" Klipsch sub and a Bic Acoustech sub and for me the bass was good but just not DANNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG. What im getting at is I just built a Quatro 15 which is also a Dayton sub. Right now ive never been so happy, I showed my relitives what it could do tonight and they were in aww, the kicker is its only turned up half way and the house shakes. My total cost was about $270 with a black piano finish, looks and sounds fantastic. Definity take a look at this driver, I heard good things about it but I had no Idea.
