Hi all,

Having an issue with my 12-volt triggers not working they're reading only one volt output. I can't seem to get them to do anything different zones two and three are turned off so that's not causing the issue for the shut off don't know if anybody has this particular unit has any advice on getting them to work properly.

What are they trying to trigger? Is this a two conductor cable, or three conductor? Make sure it's fully inserted and the tip isn't shorting to the sleeve.

If all is good with the cabling I'd also consider running a soft reset and/or hard reset....

Two conductor cable. Output from the unit is only 1volt. I will try the hard reset and see what that does. I think wiring is all good. Trying to trigger a power switches that power my amps that trigger from 3to20v and this won't trigger it.

Good luck with figuring it out....you can always revert to a smart strip/outlet solution, too.

Are you measuring the voltage in-circuit, or out of circuit? Have you measured the resistance of the device you're trying to trigger? These only support up to 150mA.

No I haven't measured that. I'm only doing what I've seen some other guys do to trigger they're amps. Since they said it worked for them I assumed it would fit me. Then realized just want getting output from the marantz

Show the switch- you need to work with what the Marantz (or Denon, etc) can do. It can't dump a lot of current.
