12 volt trigger extender

My amps (2) are about 8 feet away from the processor. I want to link them via 12-volt triggers but the cords are short. Anyone ever heard of longer trigger cords? Will I need to improvise one or make it myself?

A 12V trigger cable is just a cable with 1/8" mini plugs on each end so I'd bet Radio Shack or the like would have longer lengths.

If you can't find a single cable of the right length, you could always just buy a barrell coupler and join two shorter cables together.

Yep, that's a thought...
Just need to get to RS and go thru their small stuff....this doesn't need to be fancy, it just has to pass current, right?

Yep, and the current is very small too - I think somewhere around 100-150 milliamps.
