I'm taking my stuff to India and I want to sure that all my electronics work to the fullest and well protected. What stuff do I need to purchase to ensure this?
I've made a small list :
1. Step down voltage transformer to bring down the voltage from 220V to 110V. Rating will be chosen accordingly keeping the wattages of the components in view.
2. B and E type plugs.
3. A surge protector. This is basically for increasing the number of sockets so that I can connect the woofer and the amp. It will be connected to the steup down voltage transformer.
Do I need a power conditioner? and if yes, what do I need to get keeping in view that I'm gonna operate all the equipment in a 220v country.
