I’m shopping around for a bedroom solution so that I don’t have to agree to a sound bar. But, I am open to the idea.
Required:
- HDMI ARC (or alternative)
- Bluetooth / Airplay (latest variants)
- Significant improvement over soundbars, ie 6.5” woofer

Is there a better setup alternative? I want to cast Tidal to the system so AirPlay2 would be nice. Physically this would be the largest system I could get away with. Also, I’ve seen other threads using powered monitors instead of an integrated amp.
Thoughts on speaker pairings?
