Matte black is great for the dim lighting when watching movies. The speakers disappear. Maybe that is why she wants it.

The Sony X800 mk2 can get warm and then 4K discs can lock up. Give it room to cool on all sides and the bottom too. Best advice I found was to prop it up an inch or so, so it’s not sitting directly on the shelf and then that heat can escape.

I have not seen anyone online complaining about the Rythmik E15 or the HSU ULS-15. I think those are both good choices. :)
