    Need Remote.......

One of the Logitech Harmony remotes may be your answer. I have one and it does mostly what it's designed to do, but I got tired of it - having to keep it charged, download updates for it, sometimes it's clunky and doesn't work with all the features of every device. I may bring it out again and...

Receiver/pre-amp with HDMI pass-through when not powered?

Any of the new Yamaha's in the Aventage lineup will do it. It's nice not to have to watch TV with it on (although I end up keeping it on many times). You can also control volume w/ DVR remote as well when both are running.

The Resonance Point is Getting ANNOYING...

For sure. Every room has its quirks and obstructions/standing waves/void areas, etc. It sounds looks like you've solved your issues. Using an SPL meter, you can find the sources of these if your ears aren't finding them :). Your towers can be moved out farther and you may gain some benefits...

    Monitor Audio RS6

Magnolia sells MA's, but not the entire line (at least around here). I was looking hard at the Golds/Silvers, but changed directions after not being able to find exactly what I wanted in their lineup.

The Resonance Point is Getting ANNOYING...

Of course, every room is different, but yes, within a foot from the wall, give or take a few inches depending on your layout should suffice. On my sub, all ports face the same way as the speaker unlike my speakers that have rear-facing ports. There's a lot of trial/error as no speaker was built...

The Resonance Point is Getting ANNOYING...

Subs aren't as prone to wall location variances as much as towers/surrounds due to mostly low frequencies they produce. Hsu actually recommends placing their sub (at least the VTF-15H) in the corner, which is how I have mine currently. Ymmv, but with my current setup, speaker/ports are front...

Sting - Live in Berlin w/The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra

Great audio and camera work. Very well produced.

    RUSH-Beyond The Lighted Stage

I loved this rockumentary as well. They're one of my all-time favorite bands and, as perfomers go, a great group of gentlemen.

    Follow-up Review - VTF-15H (Yamaha RX-A3000, Aperion Verus, Oppo BDP-93)

Do you see this guy?? - http://www.crutchfield.com/p_769CSB3006/Center-Stage-Bracket-CSB-3006-BLK.html?tp=36255 There doesn't seem to be any depth requirements and it supports up to 40lbs. It seems worth a try...

    Follow-up Review - VTF-15H (Yamaha RX-A3000, Aperion Verus, Oppo BDP-93)

Okay digicidal - this is your baby - http://www.crutchfield.com/p_769CSB1210/Center-Stage-Bracket-CSB-1210-BLK.html?tp=36255 I searched high and low and finally found this great solution. I'm assuming you have the same center, so this should work. They do have another model for smaller...

    Follow-up Review - VTF-15H (Yamaha RX-A3000, Aperion Verus, Oppo BDP-93)

You've probably read most of the sub reviews by now and all things considered for my room and application, the HSU is excellent. If you're looking to constantly shake the roof off, you may want to look elsewhere. I mean the HSU will do it, ;), but that's not why I have it. It provides plenty...

Panny Vieracast and no sound/audio through HT speakers

Thanks for the ideas. They don't even provide a printed manual w/ the receiver - it's on an included cd  (besides the downloadable pdf). I'll try the assignment - according to Panasonic support rep I chatted with a few minutes ago, you can only get audio via an extra optical...

Panny Vieracast and no sound/audio through HT speakers

Panny Tc-P54G10 Plasma and Yamaha RX-A3000. I do have the return control on in the receiver and can control the volume, levels and get sound when viewing the normal tv content and get sound through the HT speakers, but it's a Vieracast thing - once I switch it over to Vieracast, no audio. I...

    Follow-up Review - VTF-15H (Yamaha RX-A3000, Aperion Verus, Oppo BDP-93)

Huge... :D - like my own little concert hall. I could use a little sound damping, but everything's a compromise.

Panny Vieracast and no sound/audio through HT speakers

Any idea why I'm not getting sound through my receiver and HT speakers running Panny Vieracast (Amazon VOD,etc.)? I can get it only through the TV speakers. I read something about it not working through HDMI, which doesn't seem right, but I'll use Dish VOD if that's the case. I've run almost...

    Follow-up Review - VTF-15H (Yamaha RX-A3000, Aperion Verus, Oppo BDP-93)

A few more.... Also the Sanus surround stands are almost a perfect match for these speakers - in both size and color.

    Follow-up Review - VTF-15H (Yamaha RX-A3000, Aperion Verus, Oppo BDP-93)

I wasn't sure where to post this as it includes other components, but I'll start here since you guys were very helpful in troubleshooting my new sub. The system is finally completed and hooked up and has exceeded my expectations. It's a complete sleeper system. It looks nice enough on the...
