Actually, stereo cable works. That's what I use on my Yamaha RX-V3800 and UPA-7.

Make sure you plug the cable in the "output" of your receiver and "input" of your XPA-3. Make sure that your XPA-3 is in standby mode (the switch at the back is left 'on").

On SVS FAQ page, they recommended adding an equalizer to flatten frequency response. Has anyone here who owns a sub (SVS or otherwise) used an equalizer as a way to flatten the FS? Do you find it beneficial and makes a difference? Thanks.

I've never even heard of the movie until people started talking about how good the audio was. I bought it out of curiosity and indeed the audio is pretty good. Very very realistic.

I purchased my Ultra PB-13 from them. They're fine to deal with.

He prefers "bright" sound. It boils down to one's preference. My preference is to make sound as flat as possible (which depends on EQ settings) with a tiny tiny bit of bass emphasis.
