Speaker Wire length
I'm just taking a wild (not really) guess. I would assume it has to do with the material of the wire, perhaps if the wire is not made of a very efficient conductor (why not would be beyond me) then I guess the resistance would factor in with the length of the wire thus increasing the current...

Any knows any good online lessons for learning guitar?
Steel String and Classical are not different styles of playing guitar they are just different guitars in term of physical properties. Get any guitar you want, Acoustic or Electric and you can play any style on it, albeit some styles will sound better on Acoustic/Electric. I'm a self taught...

Yea I'm a big fan of Hicks too, thats why they had the Arizone Bay reference. He was a great comedian, one of the greatest advocates of free speech. However I think Tool used it in a much broader sense to include people beside Los Angelers.

GTA IV - The Game Behind the Hype
I would agree that it is probably not the best game but I think the sheer size and gameplay of it is overwhelming and in a way makes it a tool for endless hours of fun. I personally enjoy the storyline much more San Andreas was bit of a drag, VC was much better. I think the next to improving...

Aural Acoustics
Hey all, I have a set of Bose In Ear Triport Headphones which I absolutely love. Recently I tried those 300 clam QuietComfort Over the Ear ones and they just blew me away. Granted I cannot get the same noise frequency cancelling technology with homemade items but I was wondering if I can...

Maybe you got the wrong lyrics. Go here http://www.seeklyrics.com/lyrics/Tool/Aenima.html It has the rest of the lyrics and 79.48717948717948717948717948718 less "Learn to Swims" I'll give you a second chance why don't you look at the entire song as a whole now that you have the "complete"...

Is this a good deal?
It's definitely a deal but if I were you I'd deal locally, just from experience I cant tell you deals on the internet are almost always turbulent unless you have a really trustworthy seller or a great transaction method. Try looking in your town or nearest city. Use craigslist.

20 Albums You Should Own, But Probably Don't
I am an avid listener of Satch and I would have to disagree that Engines of Creations is his best post SWTA album. I applaud the creativity but there wasn't as much melody as I would have liked. Obviously his best album is The Extremist with such orgasmic songs like Summer Song and Always...

Rock and Metal Headz Thread
Haha its funny how Metal or Heavy Metal as a definition is thrown around. I see some "veterans of the world" saying they listen to Judas Priest or ACDC or Black Sabbath. These days that would qualify as classic rock or hard rock. In terms of todays "Metal" I do listen to some slow CoB...

Tool
Anyone here a TOOL-ian? In my humble opinion they are probably the "modern" Led Zeppelin. Their use of odd time signatures and their amazing compositions and ankle deep lyrics is just astounding. If you haven't check out these videos (some are quite long but they are also enjoyable) EDIT...
