I don't notice the rear heights are as dramatic an improvement as the front heights were. It's difficult to point them at the MLP in my room and still be asthetically pleasing. I've been considering moving the rear heights to in ceiling.

I'm running g a 5.1.4 using volt 6 and 10 on wall for heights. I find the difference oftentimes seems barely noticeable. Soon as you turn off the heights it's very apparent how large an improvement you get.

I'm already subscribed to both. I would love to have this sub in addition to my pc13ultra to be able start enjoying the benefits having dual subs.

I have some experience with their support and Ill say its not fantastic by any means. They will however happily replace your headphones with a new pair if you have issues.

looks like the left channel is bad. seems like I bought a junker. the right channel i can make changes and see them by they rarely correspond with the changes I dialed in.

The build quality is pretty good, I have no complaints at all. The unit look nice enough, better in person than the picture lets on. The dsp controls are easy to use and understand, being able to turn off the lights is very nice as they are very bright. I have not heard any fan noise at all...

I didn't know that so it was good info and I'll do some reading on it, thanks. The info I originally found used the 1500 bridged and he claimed it was better. It was a pretty old thread by Andrew robinson. Does this also apply to amps like the xpa-2?
