If I do decide to get the Elacs F-5, will let you guys know how they compare with my actual speakers. The Amazon return policy does not apply for me as I live outside of the USA. So I buy and keep everything I get from Amazon which is where I get all my gear.

Any experience with these speakers? Would I notice a real change in sound?

Audioholics recomends, in one of the many subwoofer articles, that crossover should be set to 150 and phase set to 0. Most subwoofer recomendations from other sources, say different. Which settings are more commonly used in a small room???

It is that in all audio and Hi-Fi magazines I read from the UK, they are very keen in bi wiring. Why the difference beteween Americans and Britts regarding this issue?? Or even bi amping. All British speakers systems are biwirable or biampable. So it makes me wonder and wonder.........the way...

My speakers are ready for bi amping and/or bi wiring. My Pioneer reciever has zone 2 speakers terminals, can I use these terminals to bi amp my front speakers??

I have my two main/front speakers connected to a separate integrated stereo amplifier with a turntable and a SACD player for analog stereo music listening. It is a matter of never ever turn both amps on at the same time. I am extra careful to turn speakes off and power off in the amplifier.

The RB-75 sure sound beautifull specially when I connect them to my vintage NEC AUA 7800 stereo integrated amplifier using my Yamaha S1800 DVD-A and SACD player. They sound like big ones! No need for a subwoofer at all, for music.

You have an excelent reciever. Read the user manual very carefully, then hook up your speakers in the front left and right terminals and follow the operating manual. Hook Cd palyer in CD input and DVD palyer in DVD input. Select any of these in the remote. This reciever will show low numbers...

Klipsch it is! Thanks very much for your comments. Had the opportunity to finally get the Klipsch RB-75, same drivers and technology as the famous RF-7. One of the Best bookshelf speakers around.

Lipsch fronts I've had RB-51 fronts for three years, they are great little speakers when mated withthe RW10d subwoofer and RC 25 centers, just great sound! I'm looking to upgrade to RB-61. My room is small so the sound is fantastic.
