Honestly you shouldn't notice a negligible difference but if you're after the last bit of piece of mind, there are several implementations of the Purfi and NCore X modules that meet that need and many at a .much cheaper price.

I thought all powered subs have class-D amps? You can always just buy a non-powered sub like the RBH S-12N or S-1212N and use your own class-AB amp and never have to worry about any more dead internal sub amps.

+1 for the ATi Amp, Although all the amps you listed are good choices. You may get Some suggestions for Class D amps. I myself don't care much for Class D amps. Some like Class D amps a lot, To each their own though.
