I thought they were all manufactured. Some just happen to have talent but that isn't critical. Marketability and a willingness to play ball are key though. Still, Poker Face is a cool tune and that's all it needs to be. It's not like I even know what the lyrics are. This ain't like I'm memorizing quotes from Proverbs to try and live my life by.

Not even close to love,how bout I am so sick of these manufactured pop stars that I can't stand it anymore.The music industry is catering to the souless people out there ,oh wait thats almost everyone who doesn't think for themselves anymore.It is sad and most folks in my industry feel the same way but again,its too big and we are already lost...........kind of like our country thesedays..........

I think you need to read about Gaga. She's not manufactured. She went to music school as a pianist, was a songwriter for acts like the Pussycat Dolls, spent time performing in burlesque shows, and was also a DJ.

Lady Gaga is her own creation. Just because it's pop doesn't mean that it was assembled and choreographed by some producer.
