I don't see how wanting to reign in a government that's spiraling out of control in its effort to become the single largest employer in the country and doing everything in its power to ignore the Constitution "Treason".

From Dictionary.com,

"Treason is any attempt to overthrow the government or impair the well-being of a state to which one owes allegiance; the crime of giving aid or comfort to the enemies of one's government."

Sounds a lot like what Congress has been doing- they just get away with it by being the target of its own overthrow.

We have a duty to control our government, not the other way around. They work for us, we aren't supposed to be their "subjects", like the people are in a monarchy or dictatorship.

The government has been this way since the constitution was founded. Just read the Guilded Age.

The idea that our country is getting worse, etc. Just have no real facts to support the idea. Sure things are rough right now, but economics is by it's nature cyclical and this just happens to be a global crisis not just American. The idea that we would divide more is stupid. There is no logical reason for my state to leave the US. It's the stupidest idea I've heard. Beck is just a crazy man who feeds on rhetoric. Our system is the best political system in the world. We have the best government in the world. We have extremely low corruption compared to many places.

So just quit crying and learn to enjoy the excess of junk and peace we have. i remind you there used to be warring tribes in Texas about 150 years ago.

If you think the cartels are bad(and they are) How bad is it to be slaughtered by a warring tribe. Coddled people need to wake up and realize how good most of us got it.

Spoken like a man who hasn't had to go almost a week without french vanilla creamer for his coffee. Try doing that, and then see if you still feel the same way. Coddled? I think not. I would have had to go three blocks (six if you consider the round trip) to the supermarket to get more.
