Depends on the speakers you own. And also where are the pics!:D

Just saw that you own Totem Mite's so I say basing it on specs to use 80Hz crossover on the sub.

Use the crossover in your Onkyo at your desired freq. and leave the Hsu X-over above that.

Congrats on the new sub! Now you have a very nice 2.1 system! Enjoy :).

I have never used one, but would think it would be OK. I think Paradigmdawg, and Majorloser use them.

Why not order a Gramma instead of the Subdude? They are the same price. Very happy with mine. ;);) Congrats on the new sub!!!!!

Cheers,

Phil

The Gramma is larger and costs about the same as the Subdude. But I believe they don't use the same configuration on the bottom for the foam. You may wish to ask them what the differences are.

I am using two (2) Subdudes under each of my VTF-3HO's. I took off the rubber feet to allow the subs to sit squarely on top of the Subdudes. This should't be any problem with the STF-2 since it is smaller. The spiked feet on the STF-2 will sit on both accoustic treatments with no problem. Measure the distance from each skiked foot first to make sure it will fit on top properly.

You will notice a significant difference with and without the treatment. They will "decouple" the subwoofer from the floor and help prevent some of the annoying rattles in your home.

The feet on my sub are hanging off on both sides and it falls off when I move the sub. I can't take the hard plastic feet off unless I pull the driver out.
