Let's say someone downloaded the dvd-a torrent.

How would one then burn a copy so they could listen on a player that played dvd-a's?

Tase2,
Same way you do any .iso image. I use Nero, but you can use anything that burns an image file and it should work fine.

OK Finally got around to ripping it. Not sure if I did it correctly but it sounds awesome!!

I question as to whether I did it correctly as it is a 3.43GB file and yet in Nero the green line on the bottom only went up to less than 300MB.

The properties of the main file show:
PowerArchiver ISO File
3.43 GB (3,686,203,392 bytes)

In Nero Burning Rom I chose DVD-Video

When I dragged and dropped I got:

The file "PinkFloydxxxxxxxxxxxx.iso" is larger than 2GB.....

More later

Mine shows as 3,686,529,180 (size on disk is 3,686,531,072), but if you can hear it, it obviously worked.

A link to some very good freeware for use with .iso files

Pretty please.

If someone can PM me... I'd compen$ate... cough... I mean appreciate helping me acquire this masterpiece.

Literally, seriously... If you could be so kind. Time is one thing I don't have.
