Dome / Bullet Midrange & Tweeter Questions

Our JBL Titanium Laminate Dome Tweeter broke, as well as both of our IsoPhon 100W Dome Midranges. I have been looking at this site,
Parts Express and now I need you guys to answer me some questions.
Note: these loudspeakers are meant to be 100W RMS, 8ohm load, 20Hz-20KHz or more (Carver CM-1090 100W Sonic Holography Integrated Amplifier).
1. Must I buy 100W RMS tweeters and midranges?
2. Dome tweeters are known for great dispersion. How well do bullet tweeters perform? My dad prefers Titanium domes. How about this one:

Does anyone know how well does it sound compared to a JBL Titanium dome tweeter? Being 150W RMS, am I facing a problem with amplification here?
If so, please recommend a better one.

70W RMS. Is it enough?
3. We already have a 12" midbass driver. Now I need new dome midranges.
I've found these:

to be sufficient. They are 60W RMS. Is that enough?
