Had some Goose Island Bourbon County stuff over the past couple of days-
Order of preference is:
Coffee imperial
Imperial
Regal Rye
All are at or near 100 point stouts and highly recommended.
Cheers, Mac
I had the imperial and I agree, definitely good. I have 3 more bottles aging. I plan to have one at 1.5, 3, & 5 years and note the differences. I also plan to do this with each vintage :)

An imperial stout aged on coffee, cacao nibs, vanilla beans and chili peppers. 13% ABV.
I really enjoyed this bottle. Well balanced and all the flavors come through. Even on my unsophisticated palate.
A little expensive. I think we retail it for $9.49 a bottle. My cost is $6.49.
Recommended.

Stella Artois and a sip every now and then of some Jameson Irish whiskey on the rocks. Pink Floyd playing, lights dimmed. Its going down pretty good right now.

I tried my taste buds on some local Quebec (province up here in Canada) brew having bought a taster's pack.. Out of the beers shown directly below, I've had (from left to right) beer #1, 2, and 4.

Translated, a red, a blonde, and an IPA.

Beer's number 3 and 5 were not in that pack.

The other beer include in the pack is shown below.

A tall Tanqueray gin with gringerale and lemon squeeze over ice. So refreshing.
