Anyone seen/heard the Wharfedale Titan 8 passive or Titan 12 passive?

They are two way, said to be good for: "...the Titan 12 is at home indoors or outdoors, on stage, in studios, at rehearsals, theaters, houses of worship..."

Goes on to say:

That there is a switch for the horn, so you can add three dB for low throw situations, or put it flat for nearfield uses.

frontendaudio.com has some really good pricing on them, especially the 8's, you have to add to cart to see price...if there is a cheaper place let me know cause I have a itchy trigger finger. BTW they (titan 12's) are rated with 98dB sensitivity and 55-20k +/-3dB. I have no idea how they would sound though in such a small room as mine, which is 19'-12'-8'.

Alternative for me are the Hsu bookshelfs.

I know drastically different, but, I wouldn't mind experimenting as long as I don't lose money on the deal, meaning if I hate them, craigslist them for about the same that I bought them for.

Thoughts?
