    Yeah, I know they aren't the only ones. It's just sad that these corporations act like snakes in the grass when it comes down to trying to further their own market share. No low is too low for them.

    Yikes! I suppose it's too late to disconnect all ethernet connections to my A/V gear?! :(

    It's never too late. However, only devices with microphones and speakers can listen- if the speakers are disabled on a TV, they work well as microphones. Same principle, opposite direction- electrical signal causes a voice coil and cone to move and moving a coil in a magnetic field induces current.
