I want to draw your attention for all you vinyl enthusiasts who are into blues;

http://fatpossum.com/

I purchased the two albums below from a record store that carries the fatpossum label. These albums have been produced on 180gm vinyl and are extremely well recorded and so quiet between the tracks. They also come with a download coupon for 320MPS download. I'm so impressed with the quality that I've just ordered another blues,

I also like Alligator Records. Lots of good blues on that label.

Its not so much the blues.. ( I should have not emphasized the blues ) but rather the label. :oops: I should buy something non blues from them and have a listen. :)

Seriously, I have no life.
I picked up a copy of this about a month ago and it's only the second copy I have seen- I borrowed the other for a while from my guitar teacher (over 40 years ago) and really like it but hadn't found another. I don't buy much used vinyl, but this one looked very clean and it didn't disappoint. The one I borrowed wasn't in great condition and my system at that time was nothing like it is now, so I didn't really have any preconceived notions about how it might sound. Released in 1967, engineered/mastered by Bernie Grundman. Very good sound.

Byston is now getting into the TT game. GoldNote of Italy is designing a TT for them. Bryston is developing the motor and power source. Cost about $4000.

Lets have fun with this one.. whats wrong with this picture? :p
Nothing, actually. I'm betting the tonearm can be swung past center to trail with the rotation of the platter and that's just an unusual rest position.

Of did I miss something less obvious?
