Maybe I'm out of touch on TV prices, but $350 for a recognizable name brand and 55" seems like a deal to me!
Local pick up doesn't hurt...I always worry about shipping something like this.

Only 60Hz, but good contrast ratio. Nice price. I may need to pick one up for my kids.

Nice price, but dang those feet look rickety! If you have children, better wall mount it! Seems even worse than most on that regard.

I'm sure is is missing many features at that price, but I've got to say screen size has always trumped everything else IME. IOW, I'd rather have a 55" 1080p than a 50" 4k even if the 50" offers better contrast, etc. The 55" would have to be pretty abysmal to offset 5" more screen!

Alas, the sale is over (for now).
